What kind of idiot wants to abolish public schools? The kind of idiot who believes in magic underwear, golden tablets, and asking supporters to tithe 1% of their yearly income.
Seriously, David Harmer is a tea-bagging, Mormon maniac who thinks America should return to the first century of our existence. Mormon Harmer is running in CA congressional district 11 and basing his campaign on returning to a time when electricity was a dream and superstition controlled the ignorant peasants.
Harmer said that, “This is no Utopian ideal; it’s the way things worked through the first century of American nationhood.” First century of our American nationhood? What an absolutely stupid sense of reasoning.
Harmer is banking on his Mormon supporters funding his extremist cult campaign, and is using typical teabag strategy of telling people that the 1700s are the time America needs to return to. It is the same reasoning that Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, and bible-thumping radical Christians use in their attempt to drag America back to the Dark Ages.
Harmer must hate women because in the first century of American existence, women could not vote, own land, serve on juries or attend college. Harmer’s wife was a substitute teacher, and apparently could not pass muster to be a real teacher. So Harmer’s payback is to deprive all Americans of the right to an education.
America has only progressed to greatness because we did not stay in the 1700s, but still, Harmer and extremist cultists want to return to an era that every country on Earth escaped from. It is typical teabag mentality, and why any idiot would vote for or support Harmer signals the lack of mental ability we’ve come to expect from religious extremists.
Who knows if Harmer found the golden tablets or magic underwear that Mormon morons love, or if he’s just trying to make himself look smart. Abolishing public schools
Perhaps Harmer’s wife wants to live in the era when her job entails being pregnant and cleaning shit out of the chamber pot. If his wife wants to be a second class citizen without rights, then they can work that out between themselves. But to return to 1700s America isn’t so appealing to everyone.
These religious idiots will be the undoing of America if they are allowed to gain power, and abolishing public schools is the first step. Keeping citizens stupid is what the Church did in the Dark Ages, and it is the strategy of radical Christians today. When citizens are stupid, they must depend on preachers to tell them what to do and how to act.
Harmer and his Glenn Beck Mormon ideology has as their goal a Theocracy in America. It is 2010 and these teabagger, religious fanatics are working toward the time they can conduct an Inquisition and kill anyone who disagrees or questions the church. Why else does Harmer ask supporters to “tithe” 1% of their income to his campaign?
Americans are so afraid of extremist Christians and Mormons that they allow them a forum to spread their radical ideas. It is insulting that we are letting people like David “golden tablets, magic underwear” Harmer have a voice in politics and he needs to be shut down.
Theocratic rule in America is no joke, but apathy, sympathy, and lethargy by semi-intelligent Americans is the cause. Abolishing public schools will guarantee that Americans fall behind the rest of the world, and that stinking bible will not help anyone. Abolish public schools? How about we abolish stupid religious ideology and save America.
