What do Jill Dawnsoll, Kerry Ohnes, Dakota Baylie, Ellanah Cailn, Heidi Illems, Mirinda Latel and Paige Decanso have in common? For one thing, they don't appear to be real people at all -- although their Twitter accounts are designed to look like they are.
